Booking a ride
Have your pickup address, destination, travel date, arrival time, return time, and mobility aid details ready when you call.
Registering
New riders should complete passenger registration before using the service. A follow-up phone interview is required.

Passenger registration forms, donation cheques, and other written correspondence can be mailed to the society.
When mailing a donation or registration document, please include your name, phone number, mailing address, and any details needed for follow-up.

Pickup and drop-off times may be adjusted because Rocky View Regional Handibus operates as a shared-ride service.
